Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. 📌 Eligibility 🔹 Open to customers who agree to these Terms & Conditions and complete enrolment through the Navyaa Aabharan Mobile App. 🔹 Customers must provide valid identification and contact details during registration. 🔹 Enrolment is limited to the first 4,000 customers during the promotional period from 24th June 2026 to 24th July 2026. 🔹 Enrolment confirmation, payment records, and plan status will be available in the app.
  2. 2. 📌 Plan Duration & Payments 🔹 Swarnaa Dhaara is a 12-Month Gold Accumulation Savings Plan. 🔹 Monthly instalments can be selected from ₹5,000 up to ₹2,00,000 at the time of enrolment. 🔹 Each monthly payment will be converted into gold grams based on the prevailing gold rate on the date of payment. 🔹 Payments must be made on or before the due date through the Navyaa Aabharan Mobile App. 🔹 Customers are responsible for making payments manually. No auto-debit facility is available. 🔹 A nominal payment gateway or processing fee may be applicable and will be displayed during checkout.
  3. 3. 📌 Joining Bonus Coupon Benefit 🔹 Eligible customers, based on their selected plan amount, will receive bonus coupons under the Swarnaa Dhaara promotional offer. 🔹 Bonus coupons are valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of enrolment. 🔹 Coupon benefits are subject to the following minimum jewellery purchase values and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of enrolment: ▪️ ₹3,000 Coupon – Minimum jewellery purchase of ₹1,00,000. ▪️ ₹6,000 Coupon – Minimum jewellery purchase of ₹2,00,000. ▪️ ₹9,000 Coupon – Minimum jewellery purchase of ₹3,00,000. 🔹 Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted by Navyaa Aabharan. 🔹 Coupon redemption is subject to applicable store policies.
  4. 4. 📌 10-Month Lucky Draw & Grand Finale Jackpot 🔹 Customers who maintain timely instalment payments will be eligible for the Monthly Lucky Draw conducted from August 2026 to May 2027. 🔹 A total of 10 Monthly Lucky Draws will be conducted during the plan period. 🔹 Every month, 11 winners will be selected: ▪️ 1 Gold Coin Winner ▪️ 10 Silver Coin Winners 🔹 Customers who successfully complete all 12 instalments on time and redeem their accumulated gold as per the plan terms will qualify for the Grand Finale Jackpot Draw. 🔹 One lucky winner will receive Gold Jewellery worth ₹5,00,000. 🔹 Lucky draw and jackpot prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 🔹 Lucky draw and jackpot results announced by Navyaa Aabharan shall be final and binding.
  5. 5. 📌 Gold Accumulation & Redemption 🔹 Every instalment is converted into gold grams at the gold rate applicable on the date of payment. 🔹 Plan benefits can be redeemed only after successful completion of all 12 instalments, completion of 365 days from the enrolment date, and a mandatory 30-day cooling period thereafter. 🔹 Accumulated gold grams can be redeemed only against eligible jewellery purchases at Navyaa Aabharan. 🔹 Zero Making Charges and Zero Wastage Charges apply only on the gold grams accumulated through this plan at the time of redemption. 🔹 Any jewellery purchase beyond the accumulated gold grams will be charged at the prevailing gold rate along with applicable making charges, GST, and other applicable charges. 🔹 Redemption shall be carried out only as per Navyaa Aabharan's prevailing redemption policies.
  6. 6. 📌 GST & Other Charges 🔹 GST, stone charges, hallmarking charges (if applicable), and any other statutory charges will be charged extra at the time of redemption. 🔹 The Zero Making & Zero Wastage benefit does not cover GST, stone charges, customisation charges, or additional purchases beyond the accumulated gold grams. 🔹 Custom orders will be eligible only if the total jewellery purchase value is at least three times the value of the accumulated gold grams redeemed under the plan. 🔹 Final billing shall be as per prevailing store policies at the time of redemption.
  7. 7. 📌 Product Eligibility & Exclusions 🔹 Benefits are applicable only on eligible jewellery purchases. 🔹 Benefits are not applicable on gold coins, silver coins, bars, nose pins, certain lightweight jewellery items, and products specifically excluded by Navyaa Aabharan. 🔹 Navyaa Aabharan reserves the right to update the list of excluded products from time to time without prior notice.
  8. 8. 📌 Missed Payments & Plan Discontinuation 🔹 All instalments must be paid on time to enjoy Zero Making & Zero Wastage benefits, Monthly Lucky Draw eligibility, and Grand Finale Jackpot eligibility. 🔹 Customers who fail to complete the plan or have repeated payment defaults may lose promotional benefits associated with the plan. 🔹 Customers who miss consecutive instalments or discontinue the plan before completion will not be eligible for coupon benefits, lucky draws, jackpot eligibility, or Zero Making & Zero Wastage benefits. 🔹 The accumulated gold value will remain available for jewellery redemption as per Navyaa Aabharan's prevailing policies. 🔹 No cash refund will be provided under this plan.
  9. 9. 📍 Non-Transferability 🔹 The plan, accumulated benefits, coupons, lucky draw eligibility, jackpot eligibility, and redemption rights are non-transferable. 🔹 Benefits can be availed only by the registered customer.
  10. 10. 📍 Modification, Force Majeure & Jurisdiction 🔹 Navyaa Aabharan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the promotional offer or any part of the plan without prior notice. 🔹 Benefits for customers already enrolled will continue as per the terms applicable at the time of enrolment. 🔹 Navyaa Aabharan shall not be liable for delays or inability to fulfil plan benefits due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including regulatory changes, natural disasters, technical disruptions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. 🔹 All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
  11. 11. 📌 Acceptance of Terms 🔹 By enrolling in the Swarnaa Dhaara – 3rd Anniversary Gold Accumulation Savings Plan through the Navyaa Aabharan Mobile App, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. ✨ Smart Savings. Golden Bonanza. ✨
